When you book a session or contact us, we collect basic identifying information (name, email, phone) and the clinical details you choose to share. Booking is handled by Boulevard, which has its own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule and deliver your care, communicate about appointments, follow up after visits, and improve how the clinic operates. We do not sell your information to advertisers.
HIPAA
Anything that constitutes Protected Health Information is handled in compliance with HIPAA. Our clinicians, coordinators, and any third-party vendors who touch PHI are bound by Business Associate Agreements.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages are useful. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your records, ask us to correct anything that’s wrong, or request deletion of non-clinical data. Email stretchrx@painspinetexas.com with the subject line “Privacy request.”
